Refund policy
Returns
You've got 14 days from delivery to start a return. After that, we're not able to offer a refund or exchange — so don't let it sit in the closet too long.
To qualify, your item needs to be unused, in the condition you received it, and back in its original packaging. Hang onto your receipt or order confirmation — we'll need proof of purchase to process anything.
A couple of notes: gift cards can't be returned, and partial refunds may apply if an item isn't in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that aren't on us, or comes back more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return lands with us, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm it arrived. From there, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, your refund gets processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
No refund yet? Start by checking your bank account again — sometimes there's a delay on their end. Next, call your credit card company; processing can take a little time. Still nothing? Reach out to your bank — they sometimes sit on it before it posts.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale — only regular-priced pieces are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only do exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged — if that happens, we've got you. Email help@theequalityshop.com and we'll get you sorted, then send your item to:

Gifts
Got something as a gift? If it was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped straight to you, you'll get a gift credit for the return, followed by a gift certificate once we've received the item back.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Your Return
To start a return, email help@theequalityshop.com and we'll walk you through it.
Return shipping is on you, and those costs aren't refundable — if you do get a refund, return shipping will be deducted from it. Every once in a while we'll cover it ourselves; we'll let you know if that's the case.
Delivery time on exchanges can vary depending on where you live.
Shipping something back over $75? We'd recommend tracked shipping or insurance — once it's out of your hands, we can't guarantee it reaches us.
