Processing Time
Every order is printed and made just for you — nothing's sitting pre-made on a shelf. That means production takes 3–7 business days before your order even ships, on top of transit time. Worth the wait.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs, and peak season can push things out.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or an international equivalent, depending on where you're located and which fulfillment partner is handling your order.
International Orders
Ordering from outside the US? Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are set by your country, not by us — and they're not included in your order total. Your local customs authority collects those directly.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Give it 24–48 hours to start updating.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks your package delivered, we're not able to take responsibility for it going missing from there — that's on the carrier, and we'd recommend filing a claim directly with them. If it's lost in transit and never marked delivered, let us know and we'll look into it.
