Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences and the nature of print-on-demand production.

Pricing
Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.

Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and brand assets on this site are the exclusive property of Equality Apparel, Inc. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
Equality Apparel, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
